Regular price $205 750ml Sale

A blend of all 7 varieties from the villages of Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes. Certified organic - 28% Petit Meslier, 25% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier, and 2% Arbane, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. This is a blend - 50% from 2018, and 50% from 2019 harvests. Co-pressed, and vinified in a sandstone egg. No sulfites used at any stage. Once bottled in May 2020, the wine aged on lees for 18 months. Zero dosage. Only 900 bottles produced. 12% alc.

Beautiful nose. Floral, raw almonds, hints of fresh bread, sea foam, and minimal autolytic notes. Very fresh and lively, buzzing with energy. The palate is seamless, with all varieties integrated perfectly. No need for dosage - perfectly ripe fruit and terroir speaks for itself. Fine bubbles, gentle mouthfeel, and a long, lingering finish. Super lively, with flavours of apples, lemons, strawberry, peach and nectarine – all wrapped up in a saline and fine detailed package. Extremely good quality, and a real treat to try all 7 varieties together!
